Our Trade Desk and Ground Team are constantly engaged with the needs of the economy in the Asean region. We act as the sourcing agent for the basic needs of our clients and partners in identifying the best materials within the competitive range of acceptance in quality, pricing and delivery requirements.

SOURCING

Beyond pricing , every trade is valued by the quality of the procurement materials and with us, we guarantee transparency and authenticity of the products as agreed in the initial buying process through verified and globally renowned surveyors in maintaining quality in every shipment.

SURVEYING

In any trade conducted with ADM Commodities, the professionalism in our documentary of evidence, proof and transparency in the movement of materials and commodities is made clear and concise to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of needs between the parties we are engaged in.

DOCUMENTATION

Shipping and chartering operations are managed out of our Kuala Lumpur key regional office. All post-fixture operations, which include issuing voyage orders, completing stowage plans, negotiating with port agents and handling demurrage claims are managed centrally from our office. We work with all major liners and charterers in the movement of commodities. We charter wet and dry freight on modern, double-hulled vessels at competitive rates and trade freight externally with third parties. We manage risk with freight derivatives.

SHIPPING & CHARTERING

Our distribution network spans across the seas of the Mediterranean Sea, Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea, Caspian & Black Sea right up to the Straits of Malacca connecting us to the South China Sea for the Far East Markets. We distribute globally products from the Asean Markets

DISTRIBUTION

We invest in port storages, silos, terminals and third party warehouses to enhance our physical trading activities. We operate truck and barge fleets acting as on sea storage to facilitate market fluctuations and hedging activities that can help stimulate growth and demand for our partners and clientele we are entrusted in.
